Pre-Consulting Service
Our Sales Team supports fast-responding pre-sale consulting services. Customers can send inquiries to us, or contact us directly to let us know your needs and requirements. The Sales Team crew will take all the conditions (budget, scenarios, etc.) into consideration and propose the optimal solution for you.
*Note: If you are interested in our products, and wish to have some samples for testing, please contact us through the following steps:
(1) Inform us where you are (i.e. your region/area), and the sales representative in charge of your location will contact you.
(2) Tell us the specifications of the product you prefer to test, and the sales representative will offer you a quotation.
(3) We start business with our clients through T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) in advance, so once we receive your payment, we will start the production and arrange the delivery to you once the shipment is ready.
Customized ODM & OEM Service
Fametech Inc. provides high quality with the best durability for standard pos products. Besides manufacturing standard products, we also provide partial customized ODM & OEM services (color, logo, etc.) based on customers’ specific needs. You can propose your demands and assess the feasibility through pre-sale consulting.
After-Sale Technical Support
If you have any problem after purchasing any TYSSO product, we suggest you can follow the steps below:
(1) Contact the local distributor: you can contact the local distributor according to your location. The local distributors are Fametech Inc. cooperation partners. We expect them to provide after-sale product repair and maintenance for you.
(2) Synchronous online detection: if the local distributor can not solve the problems with your products, you can connect us through the internet directly. We will contact you, and log-in to your devices through teamviewer or anydesk to solve your problem without time lag.
(3) Deliver back the device to us: if the steps (1) & (2) still don’t work, please deliver back your device to us. We will analyze, check, then repair and deliver it back to you. Either of us will be responsible for the one-time delivery cost.
